I find my mind wanders too much and can end up dwelling on the very issues which caused the stress in the first. I've discovered that using a Yoga DVD works like a charm for me. I put on the "relaxation" section and as I listen & follow along to the instructions regarding my breathing and posture I stay focused and can reach real relaxation.
